Terms and Conditions of Entry – Bassett’s Jelly Mascots – Ultimate London 2012 Experience

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. To Enter: purchase a 180g bag of Jelly Mascots from any Sainsbury’s store (in the UK) and text the word “JELLY MASCOTS” to 62233. No Purchase necessary in Northern Ireland. Your network’s standard message rate applies. Mobile access and network coverage is required.
3. Except for Northern Ireland please retain your proof of purchase (till receipt or pack) as it may be required to validate the winner.
4. This Promotion is exclusively available in Sainsbury’s stores. For participating stores visit www.bassetts.co.uk/jellymascots (see below).
5. Entries open at 00:00 BST on Wednesday 13th July 2011 and close at 23:59 BST on Tuesday 9th August 2011 (The “Promotion Period”).
6. You may enter a maximum of once per week per person/mobile number. For the purpose of this promotion, a week shall begin on Wednesday at 00:00 and end on a Tuesday at 23:59. Therefore, an entrant can enter the promotion a total of 4 times during the Promotion Period. Any further entries will not be entered into the prize draw but are still chargeable.
7. The Prize: 1 x London 2012 Olympic Games Package, which includes:
8. A Welcome Pack with a Hamper of Cadbury products.
9. Two tickets, for the winner and his/her guest to the London 2012 Olympic Games to attend the following four events (all the events will take place between Saturday 4th August 2012 and Tuesday 7th August 2012):
10. Badminton – BD023 – Wembley Arena (Men’s singles/doubles – A cat ticket);
11. Athletics – AT005 – Olympic Stadium, Olympic Park (Men & Women’s finals (inc 100m men’s final) – A cat ticket);
12. Handball – HB028 – Handball Arena, Olympic Park (Men’s preliminaries – A cat ticket); and
13. Gymnastics – GA012 – North Greenwich Arena (Men & women final – AA cat ticket)
14. Coach transfers to and from the hotel to the event sites.
15. Three nights accommodation at a 5* hotel (as determined by the Promoter) in Central London from 4th-7th August 2012). Twin/double room only.
16. Breakfast daily at the hotel and either lunch or dinner on each day of the programme at a local restaurant, based on the competition schedule
17. Access to the hospitality lounge at hotel - a private space especially for guests to utilise, which will have seating, televisions and a hospitality desk for guests to ask questions, pick up tickets and be updated on transfer times.
18. Services of the Thomas Cook programme manager and hosts to assist the winner with distribution of event tickets, reservations at restaurants, and escorting guests to all events and activities.
19. First class train tickets (where possible) from the winner’s home address (within the UK) to London on Saturday 4th August 2012 and from London to the winner’s home address on Tuesday 7th August 2012.

Anything not mentioned above is not included in the prize and the winner shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred and those of their guest. Proof of ID will be required when checking in to the hotel and collecting event tickets.

20. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries on Thursday 11th August 2011 to be conducted under independent supervision.
21. The winner will be contacted by telephone (to the number with which they entered the prize draw) within 1 week of the draw and if they do not respond to the Promoter’s initial notification within 2 weeks of being contacted they will forfeit their prize and the Promoter has the right to select another winner. Once the winner has accepted their prize by responding to the Promoter, they will be asked to send further information (including any special requirements/needs) about themselves and their guest. They will then be sent a welcome pack and the Cadbury Hamper.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, network failure or delay. The Promoter will not be responsible for an operator or sending errors associated with the mobile network.
23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any prize winner for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
    
24. No warranty or guarantee is given by the Promoter in relation to any prize.
25. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If due to unforeseen circumstances the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
26. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion).
27. If the winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by the Promoter.
28. In all aspects of this promotion the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion.
29. The name and county of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Cadbury Holdings Limited, Ref. “Bassett’s Jelly Mascots London 2012 Tickets Promotion” Cadbury London 2012 Team, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1DH from 20th September 2011 to 10th October 2011.
30. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with the data protection act. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 31. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and county of residence of the promotion winner. As a condition of accepting the prize the winner may be required, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in any reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prizes, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material including that with third parties.
32. This Promotion will be governed by laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
33. This Promotion is subject to and the winner agrees to comply with all LOCOG Terms and Conditions relating to Olympic Venues and the Terms and Conditions relating to the Prizes themselves. The winner agrees to comply with the reasonable requests of the Promoter and its agents and shall also be responsible to the Promoter for the acts and omissions of their guests.
